Intellehomes offers a preliminary consulting service tailored to suit our client's requirements, from a simple security installation to a fully automated home or office set up. During the consulting stage you will work with one of our Intellehomes Consultants to establish your automation strategy and outline costs which will include infrastructure, hardware and software.



Design & Implementation
Once complete with the consulting phase, our design and implementation technicians will begin transforming your home. During this phase we utilize our 70+ years worth of experience with design and infrastructure change management. We will work closely with you to design and implement a fully functional home or business automation solution, carefully tailored to suit your needs and your budget. We will advise you on potential modifications to the infrastructure of your home to ensure the system is least invasive and most cost effective and preserves the aesthetic appeal of your home.



Service Contracts/ Maintenance / Upgrades
Intellehomes technology requires that preventive maintenance is done on a periodic basis to insure proper operation and integration of all systems. Flat fee Service contracts are offered based upon the size and complexity of your system. The Service Contract will keep your system performing at optimum levels and give you access to Customer Service Representatives that can support you through the learning stages and assist with any problem you may encounter.
